Punizione 2: dal punto o dalle 30 yarde

For a foul inside the 30-yard line, the fouled team gets an undefended free hit at goal, from the spot or from 30 yards.

PUNIZIONE 2 - TIRO DAL PUNTO O DALLE 30 IARDE. Se il fallo è avvenuto entro la linea delle 30 iarde, al capitano della squadra che ha subito il fallo è offerta la scelta di un tiro libero non difeso, dal punto in cui è avvenuto il fallo oppure a 30 iarde dalla linea di porta della squadra che ha commesso il fallo, di fronte al centro della porta: • Tutta la squadra che batte il tiro deve trovarsi dietro la palla. Il giocatore che batte il tiro può colpire o tentare di colpire la palla una sola volta e non può effettuare un'altra azione. Se la palla non supera la linea di porta o la linea di fondo, o rimbalza in gioco su un palo della porta, alla squadra che subisce il tiro è assegnato un tiro libero dal punto in cui la palla si è fermata, come per una Punizione 5a. La palla può essere spostata verso l'esterno, verso le sponde o la linea laterale, se un palo della porta ostacola il giocatore che batte il tiro. • La squadra che subisce il tiro non ha diritto di giocare e deve trovarsi dietro la propria linea di fondo, non tra i pali della porta né dietro la porta. Non può distrarre il giocatore che batte la punizione, neppure involontariamente, e deve lasciare che la palla si fermi.

PENALTY 2 - SPOT OR 30 YARD HIT. If the foul occurred within the 30 yard line the Captain of the team fouled shall be offered the choice of one undefended free hit from either the spot where the foul occurred or 30 yards from the goal line of the team that has fouled opposite the centre of the goal: • All of the team taking the hit to be positioned behind the ball. The player taking the hit may hit or hit at the ball only once and may not make another play. Should the ball fail to cross the goal or back line or rebound into play off a goal post the team facing the hit will be awarded a free hit from where the ball came to rest, as for a Penalty 5a. The ball may be moved outwards towards the boards or side-line should a goal post interfere with the player taking the hit. • The team facing the hit has no play and must be behind their back line and not between the goal posts nor behind the goal. They may not distract the player taking the penalty, including unintentionally, and must allow the ball to come to a rest.
