Match inachevé
A game is played to the end unless stopped for an unavoidable reason, and then it resumes exactly where it stopped.
MATCH INACHEVÉ. Avant le début du match, ou une fois celui-ci commencé, il est joué jusqu'à son terme sauf s'il est arrêté par l'arbitre ou par le Comité du tournoi hôte, après consultation des capitaines et des officiels du match, pour une cause inévitable. Il reprend au point où il s'est arrêté quant au score, au chukker et à la position de la balle, au moment le plus opportun, fixé par le Comité du tournoi hôte. Voir aussi la Partie 2, Annexe D, point 16, pour le recalcul du score si le match n'a pas pu être achevé.

UNFINISHED GAME. Before the game has started, or once the game has started, it shall be played to a finish unless stopped by the umpire or the host Tournament Committee, having consulted the team captains and match officials, for some unavoidable cause. It shall be resumed at the point at which it has stopped as to score, chukka and position of the ball at the earliest convenient time, to be decided upon by the host Tournament Committee.
