Rough play
No grabbing, and no striking or pushing with the head, hand, forearm or elbow; pushing with the upper arm is allowed with the elbow kept in.
No player may seize an opponent with the hand, or strike or push him with the head, hand, forearm or elbow; but a player may push with his arm above the elbow, provided the elbow is kept against the body.

Ningún jugador puede asir con la mano, ni golpear o empujar con la cabeza, la mano, el antebrazo o el codo al contrario; pero un jugador puede empujar con su brazo, del codo para arriba, siempre que el codo se mantenga pegado al cuerpo.
