1. 11Line of the ball

   How the line of the ball is set in the arena, from a free hit, a bowl-in, a stopped ball and a change of direction.

2. 12Right of way

   Who has the right of way in the arena, how a change of line is cleared, and the special cases along the walls and for two players riding together.

3. 13Dangerous riding and improper play

   What riding and conduct is dangerous or improper in the arena, from ride-offs and the walls to delay of game, handling the ball and the use of whips and spurs.

4. 15Use of the mallet

   When a player may hook or strike an opponent's mallet in the arena, and the ways a mallet may not be used.
