Penal 7B: infracción del equipo que sufrió el foul

If the team taking a penalty breaks the procedure, the other team gets a Penalty 5a instead.

   PENAL 7B - INFRACCIÓN DEL EQUIPO QUE SUFRIÓ EL FOUL. Si el equipo que ejecuta el tiro no cumple el procedimiento correcto, se concederá al equipo que enfrenta el tiro un Penal 5a desde el punto donde debía ejecutarse o se ejecutó el penal.

   PENALTY 7B - INFRINGEMENT BY TEAM FOULED. If the team taking the hit fails to carry out the correct procedure the team facing the hit shall be awarded a Penalty 5a from the spot where the penalty was due to be or was taken.
