Injured or fallen pony, and dangerous tack

For a fallen or injured pony, or tack that has become dangerous, the umpire waits for a neutral moment unless there is danger.

  1. 23

If a pony falls or is injured, or in the case of a fault in a pony's tack which, in the umpire's opinion, may be a danger to the player or to the other players, the umpire shall wait for a neutral moment of play to stop play, unless in his judgement the fallen pony or the fault in the tack is interfering with the play, is at physical risk, or is endangering the other players.
