Penalty 5a: free hit from the spot
A free hit from where the foul happened, at least 4 metres from the boards, with defenders 30 yards away between the ball and their goal.
A free hit at the ball from where it was when the foul was committed, but at least 4 m from the boards or the side lines. No member of the offending side may be less than 30 yards from the ball, always between the line of the ball and the goal it defends; the side fouled may place itself where it wishes.

Un golpe libre a la bocha desde donde estaba cuando se cometió la infracción, pero por lo menos a 4 m de las tablas o de las líneas laterales. Ninguno del bando infractor podrá estar a menos de 30 yardas de la bocha, siempre entre la línea de la bocha y el arco que defiende, pudiendo el bando perjudicado colocarse donde quiera.

- The hitting team may stand where it chooses
- The hitter, Blue 1, on the approach

Penalty 5b from the centre; a Penalty 5a is set up the same way where the ball was
If a player of the offending side is placed illegally, the side fouled shall be awarded a new hit, the penalty spot being moved forward 30 yards. If the same offence is repeated, a 30-, 40- or 60-yard or half-way “foul” shall be given, as appropriate, taking into account where the infringement took place.

Si un jugador del bando infractor se ubicara en forma antirreglamentaria, se le concederá al bando perjudicado un nuevo tiro, avanzando el punto del penal 30 yardas. En caso de repetirse la misma falta se cobrará “foul” de 30, 40, 60 yardas o mitad de cancha según corresponda teniendo en cuenta el lugar de la infracción.
If any player of the offending side comes onto the field from the wrong side after the penalty has been taken, he may only take part in play once he complies with the offside law by passing his first teammate.
